Waxing is the fastest, most efficient method for temporary hair removal. Performed over an extended period of time, the process causes thinning and a lesser hair regrowth and prolongs the period of time between waxing visits.* Our Satin Smooth line is gentle enough to apply in the most sensitive areas. To obtain the best waxing results possible, Forever Young recommends the following:

• Do not shave or use any hair removal products for at least 10 days prior to your waxing appointment.
• Waxing is only mildly uncomfortable, but if you are concerned, you may take an anti-inflammatory medication 30 minutes before your appointment.
• Inform the wax technician if you are taking any other medications that would cause reactions with the wax.
• Always stay well hydrated.
• Regrowth can take up to six weeks; book your next appointment accordingly.
• Avoid any tight-fitting clothing, saunas, tanning beds and steam rooms in the 24 hours after body wax to avoid any frictions or irritation.

We will move or coach you in different directions, depending on the wax service. Our waxing techniques gently exfoliate, remove and weaken the hair follicle and decrease the hair growth.* After cleansing the area, wax is gently applied, followed by hair removal. A soothing lotion is then applied to help calm any inflammation of the skin. After repeated waxing sessions, the skin texture improves dramatically with no stubble shows or bumps.*
